What happens behind the scenes?
After payment, your order waits for the next available delivery slot. Once it starts, your dashboard updates as the account levels up. When the package is delivered, the order closes automatically.
Once your account is linked, a set of slash commands does everything the dashboard does, without switching tabs.

When do I submit my Wolvesville login?
Only after payment. The website sends you to a secure setup page for that specific order.
Do you store my Wolvesville password?
No. Your password is used only during secure setup and is not saved after the request.
What if the login fails?
You get a retry first. If setup keeps failing, the order moves to support needed and the page shows the details to send to support.

What if every slot is full?
Your paid order is queued. The account page shows queue status until the bot can safely claim the next slot.
How do I prove an order exists?
Every order has an order ID, price, level target, status, and XP page. Support can use that order ID to review it.
What happens when Wolvesville stops paying XP for the day?
Wolvesville only rewards a limited number of games per day. When an account hits that limit, RXZElite rests it instead of wasting games, and picks it back up automatically right after the daily reset. Your progress is never lost.
Can I manage my clan too, not just my own account?
Yes, with Clan Premium. It auto-votes, auto-donates, and buys and skips clan quests for any clan you lead, for a one-time €5 per clan. A one-week free trial is available before you pay.
Do I need to keep the website open to track my order?
No. Once your Discord account is linked, commands like /order, /queue, and /progress give you the same information without opening the dashboard.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. Run /vouch in Discord with a star rating and a note, and it posts straight to the public reviews channel under your account.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Buy one from the gift cards page or with /giftcard in Discord, and redeem a code from your account page or with /redeem.
What if I want a refund?
Check the Refunds page for when a refund applies, then contact support with your order ID. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
