This Privacy Policy explains what RXZElite stores, why it is stored, how payment and account setup work, and what customers can ask us to remove.

Website passwords are protected and are not stored as plain text.
Payment providers handle card and PayPal details; RXZElite stores payment references, not full card numbers.
Wolvesville passwords are not stored after secure setup.
Order data is kept so customers and support can verify delivery.

1. Information we collect

We collect website account email addresses, protected website passwords, order IDs, selected level amounts, price, order status, timestamps, and order XP details.

For delivery, we may store Wolvesville account names, delivery access details, queue status, games completed, and completion XP.

2. Account setup handling

Wolvesville login details are submitted after payment on the secure setup page. The password is used only to connect the order and is not stored after setup completes.

If setup fails, the submitted Wolvesville email may be retained temporarily so support can identify the failed order. On successful setup, the submitted Wolvesville email is removed from setup records where possible and delivery access is kept only as needed to complete the order.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. RXZElite stores payment references needed to confirm payment status, prevent duplicate processing, handle refunds, and review orders.

RXZElite does not store full card numbers, card security codes, PayPal passwords, or bank login details. Stripe and PayPal may collect and process payment data under their own terms and privacy practices.

4. How we use data

We use data to create website accounts, keep users logged in, process payments, verify paid orders, connect orders for delivery, queue orders, run farming slots, show XP, detect failed setup, provide support, and protect the service from abuse.

Operational logs may include status changes, order XP, delivery status, errors, and timestamps needed to keep the service running.

5. Sharing

We share payment data with Stripe or PayPal because those providers process checkout and payment events. We may also use trusted service providers needed to operate RXZElite.

We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information if required to respond to fraud, abuse, security issues, payment disputes, or lawful requests.

6. Retention and deletion

Order records are retained so customers and support can verify purchases, delivery, refunds, chargebacks, and abuse history. Session data may expire or be deleted when users log out.

Customers can contact support to request account deletion or review of stored personal data. Some records may be kept when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.

7. Security

We use protected website passwords, payment verification, and order-specific setup flows. No website can promise perfect security, so customers should use unique passwords and protect their own email accounts.

If you believe your RXZElite account or submitted Wolvesville account has been compromised, contact support with your order ID immediately.
