These Terms of Service govern your use of the RXZElite website and the paid Wolvesville leveling service offered through it. They set out how orders are placed and delivered, what you are responsible for, and the limits of our liability. Please read them before placing an order.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and RXZElite. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not place an order or use the service.
RXZElite, we, us and our refer to the operator of the RXZElite website and leveling service. You and your refer to the customer using the website or placing an order.
An order is a paid request for leveling delivered against a stated target. The target is the XP or level figure shown on the order page. The game account is the Wolvesville account you submit for delivery. The dashboard is the customer area of the website where order status and progress are shown.
RXZElite provides paid leveling for Wolvesville game accounts. You select a level package, pay by card or PayPal, connect your game account through the secure setup page, and follow delivery from the dashboard.
The service is supplied as a hosted service operated entirely by us. You do not receive bot software, browser extensions, source code, account lists, or any access to the systems used to deliver an order.
RXZElite is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Wolvesville or its operators, and we do not act on their behalf.
You use the service entirely at your own risk. The decision to use a leveling service on your game account is yours alone, and you take full and sole responsibility for that decision and for everything that follows from it.
You accept sole responsibility for any action the game platform takes against your game account, including any warning, restriction, temporary or permanent suspension, loss of levels, items, currency, or progress, and permanent closure of the account. RXZElite does not compensate for, reverse, or appeal any such action. So far as the law allows, this risk sits entirely with you.
You are responsible for reviewing the rules of the game platform and for deciding whether this service is appropriate for your account. We cannot guarantee that any third-party game account will avoid restrictions, warnings, penalties, suspension, or other moderation action.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to make the purchase. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must own the game account you submit, or hold the account holder's permission to use it. You must not submit an account that is stolen, shared without permission, subject to a dispute, or that you cannot lawfully access.
You are responsible for keeping your website account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Orders are priced by the level count you select. The website calculator applies the published RXZElite price table and creates a payment for the exact target selected. Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
An order becomes active only once payment has been confirmed. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not receive or store your full card details.
Once active, an order moves through the statuses shown in the dashboard, which may include setup, queue, farming, support needed, completed, canceled, and refunded.
We may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order created at an obviously incorrect price, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
After payment you submit the login details for your game account so that the order can be connected for delivery. Your game account password is used to complete setup and is not retained once the setup request has completed.
You should not change the password or revoke access while an order is running. Doing so interrupts delivery and may prevent the order from being completed. Changes of this kind are taken into account when a refund is reviewed.
If setup fails, the website may allow a retry. Repeated failures move the order to support needed status for manual review. Delivery begins only once setup has succeeded and a delivery slot is available.
Delivery times depend on queue length, available delivery slots, the condition of the game account, availability of the game platform, third-party outages, and operational factors. Any timeframe shown or discussed is an estimate and not a guarantee.
An order is treated as completed when the purchased target has been delivered, or when the delivered result reasonably corresponds to the target shown in the dashboard.
Progress shown in the dashboard is the reference used for delivery and for any refund calculation.
You must not submit stolen, shared, or disputed accounts, accounts you cannot lawfully access, or payment methods you are not authorized to use.
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems used to deliver orders, and you must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order, and may suspend or close a website account, where we identify fraud risk, unauthorized payment use, abusive conduct toward staff, repeated payment disputes, repeated setup failure, or activity that could harm RXZElite, its customers, or its infrastructure.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds follow a scale based on how much of the target was delivered when the order stopped: a full refund below 10 percent delivered, a reducing amount between 10 and 80 percent, 5 percent above 80 percent, and no refund once the order is completed. An order that could not be processed at all has delivered nothing and is refunded in full.
Refunds are reviewed and issued by an administrator, who may decide a different amount based on the circumstances of the order.
Please contact support with your order ID before opening a payment dispute. Opening a dispute may pause delivery while the payment status is resolved.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right available to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. Refunds for orders already paid for are handled under section 9.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or to the service where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where continuing would present a security, payment, or operational risk.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it took effect.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the website or delivery will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from delay, and we do not warrant any particular delivery speed.
The service depends on a third-party game platform that we do not control. We give no warranty regarding the availability, behavior, rules, or moderation decisions of that platform, including any action it may take against a game account.
This section applies only so far as the law allows. It does not exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory rights available to consumers.
So far as the law allows, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or status, or for any restriction, penalty, suspension, or closure applied to a game account by the game platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The version published on this page applies from the updated date shown above.
Orders already placed continue to be governed by the version in force when the order was made, unless a change is required by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction, subject to the paragraph below.
If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
